Regulatory Affairs Executive

**Job summary**
To compile, prepare and maintain regulatory-related documentation for company products to ensure their
timely registration and renewal in Brunei, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
**Responsibilities**
1) Ensure all products are registered on time based on product roll-out plan.
2) To monitor periodically registration expiration date and renew accordingly to ensure all products
available in the market are with a valid registration at all time.
3) Ensure product dossiers and PIF are maintained in a good manner according to requirements of local
regulation in respective market.
4) To check and advise if the formulation, artworks, relevant testing reports and other regulatory
requirement are complied with the regulation as stipulated by the competent authority of the
relevant country.
5) Handling in correspondence with the authorities on enquiries in timely manners.
6) Participate and contribute inputs in relevant trade associations for the benefit of consumers and the
industry.
7) To furnish relevant document and communicate with regional personnel to ensure timely registration
in these markets.
8) To contribute idea or advice in term of product marketing claim to meet business objective yet with
full compliancy to the stipulated regulation.
9) Keep up with regulatory and enforcement changes and amendment and keep the management
informed accordingly.
**Requirements**:
1) Possesses a degree in science or any related discipline.
2) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4) Possesses more than 2 years experiences in handling regulatory related matters.
5) First hand experience in health supplement & OTC products registration is required.
6) Knowledge in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, traditional medicines and medical device requirement will be
an added advantage.
7) Able to interpret well regulatory guideline and communicate correctly and efficiently to relevant team
member.
8) Self-motivated, meticulous, detail-oriented, able to multitask and a good team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
