Additionally, the role encompasses handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth overall center management.

**Cafe Supervisor Roles**
- A supervisor is a **mid level **position that **oversees** and **guides** the work of **cafe** **cashiers**.
- Cafe Supervisor are tasked with directly managing and leading a team of employees in the cafe section. They ensure that operations run smoothly, handle customer inquiries or concerns, and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Cafe supervisors are **team leaders** and provide **guidance, training, and support** to their team members. They play a crucial role in ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures.
- Cafe supervisors make operational decisions within their designated area, addressing immediate issues and escalating more significant concerns to Assistant Managers or the Operations Manager.
- They are expected to **handle** and **resolve** any issues or conflicts that arise within the team or between team members.

**Administrative Roles**

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and financial documents.
- Manage records of customer data, reservations, and bookings.
- Keep track of inventory levels and supplies..
- Handle filing and organization of administrative documents.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and work schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Assist in reservation bookings and event coordination.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests. (Purchase Orders)
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Assist in various tasks as needed to support smooth center operations.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
