**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate and overall supervision of the well completion, workover and well clean-up programs and activities.
- Oversee the plan, program, equipment readiness and ensure that the well completion, workover and well clean-up operations are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and NIPPON goals.
- Oversee the work performed by contractors and service personnel associated with Well Completion/Workover and clean-up operation and ensure proper implementation of the work plan.
- Coordinate the logistics of material, equipment and personnel utilised in field operations.
- Ensures correct planning and assignment of activities within the assigned personnel in the Well Completion/Workover and Well Clean-up Operations Team.
- Lead Interface communication and coordination with Project teams, and the Drilling team, to ensure all Well Completion/Workover and Well Clean-up technical issues are resolved and all SIMOPS and interactive operations are managed safely.
- Leading Well Completion/Workover & Well Clean-up team and participated in the multi-disciplinary team’s project planning, execution, and review process.
- Reviews and works closely with peers on well Completion/Workover and Well Clean-up program and detailed instructions with assigned Well Completion and Intervention Supervisors. Challenges the practices and procedures where opportunity exists to optimise and improve technical delivery.
- Reviews well progress against plan, assesses and shares any impacts to the overall schedule and delivery of development plans.
- Lead troubleshooting and carry out investigations for unplanned events or downtime during the operation.
- Prepare mitigation and forward plan or rectification plan for any unplanned event downtime during the operation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Petroleum Engineering Head and Manager, such as preparing periodic and special reports and attending daily operation meetings, coordination and front-end meetings.
- Guides, directs and supervises Well Completion and Intervention Supervisors to ensure they work to their best potential and contribute effectively as a team.
- Works in line with HSE Policy and ensures awareness and compliance with HSE rules, regulations, and Nippon Operating Practices. Revises work methods and performance standards according to general drilling practices and procedures.
- Works according to Nippon's established policies and Oil & Gas Industrial professional/engineering standards. Takes the initiative when studying and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Ensure equipment readiness and meet QAQC.
- Coaches and train young Petroleum Engineer.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent engineering in any relevant field.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Minimum of 15 years of Oil & Gas experience with emphasis on Workover, Well Completion and Drilling campaigns.
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervision offshore Well Completion/Workover and well clean-up operation.

**Skills & Criteria**:

- Highly skilled and experienced in ERD well, Horizontal Stand Alone Screen (SAS), Case Hole Gravel Pack (CHGP), and Expandable Sand Screen (ESS) well completion engineering and operational.
- Highly skilled and experienced in Workover engineering and operational.
- Highly skilled and experienced in Well Clean-up, Coil Tubing Unit (CTU), wireline engineering and operational.
- Demonstrated English language proficiency (written & spoken) and safety leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work under stress and with minimum supervision.
