Key responsibilities:
1. Attend to walk in, inbound phone call enquires and

4. Provide clerical and administrative support to

management office if needed

5. Perform warehouse duties (receiving and inspection

of goods into warehouse and stock take) if needed

6. Perform any duties as assigned by the Manager

Results expected:
1. Process walk in orders

and efficiently

3. Resolve complaints

4. Research and resolve problems with Wellness

Advocate orders promptly and courteously

5. Respond to member concerns in a professional

manner

6. Ad-hoc reporting or projects as needed

**Requirements**:
1. Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, people oriented, good communication and phone skills

2. Ability to work independently

3. Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure

4. Willingness to learn

5. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

6. Multi-tasking

Qualifications/experience:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

2. Good command of English and Chinese language abilities: reading, writing, and speaking.

3. Fresh graduates will be considered.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
