**Day-to-day you will**:
1. Drive property market agent penetration and meet target.

2. Manage agent acquisition task, focusing on signing up agents to our platform through effective means.

3. Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring agents are satisfied and fully utilizing our platform's capabilities.

4. Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing leads, promoting and selling our product offerings to drive prospects to become subscribers.

5. Proactively engage property agency/agent prospects, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads.

6. Establish good professional relationships with agents and seek referrals.

7. Monitor, report, and review competitor activities/programs in the market, proposing actionable strategies to maintain competitiveness.

8. Ensure reporting of sales performance.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a Sales & Business Development environment, preferably in the prop-tech or real estate industry.

2. Good understanding of the real estate/property agents market and its key players.

3. Strong communication and writing skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

4. High work ethics, a pleasant personality, and a proactive and resourceful approach.

5. Thrives in a challenging environment and remains adaptable in the dynamic landscape of a startup.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
