Join our client as a **Retail Sales Associate** based in their newly opened outlet in **Tun Razak Exchange (TRX)**. Easily accessible by **MRT TRX** to those who relies on public transport

**Key responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets by skillfully up-selling and cross-selling to walk-in customers.
- Build lasting customer relationships and enhance brand confidence in a retail setting.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring top-notch customer service for in-store visitors.
- Fulfill key responsibilities, including meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing sales processes and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of retail sales experience or face-to-face customer service roles (retail/ hospitality/ F&B)

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong passion for sales.
- Flexible to work on rotating shifts (5 days/week), including weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
