Tooling Designer

To collaborate and work together with the Design team for the design concept arising from new projects proposal and confirmed projects
- Experienced in Tool and Die design
- Review customer inquiries on specifications, sketches, drawings ideas, and related data.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of design to ensure minimum error in material take off
- Revise drawing and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancement.
- Ensure job done adhere to applicable code, design and specification requirement, accepted engineering practices, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Work closely and liaise with engineers to ensure drawings are accurate and in keeping with design intentions.
- Research and re-engineering new materials and methods of development to achieve a competitive edge.
- Help to determine equipment needs and specifications for manufacturing of design parts.
- Organize and maintain existing engineering records.
- Handle and maintain engineering software.
- Develop mechanical concepts, applies engineering theories and methods to investigate and identify solution for complex technical problems.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of technology, customer, competition and government/regulation initiatives
- Any other duties and functions that may be assigned by the company.

Requirement:
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, Good interpersonal and communication skill, Experience using CAD Software such as Auto CAD or similar, Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
