(Mandarin) Digital Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop creative and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos and written copy, that aligns with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our Legacy social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok and Youtube. Regularly update and monitor these platforms to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement
- **Content Planning and Scheduling**: Create content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent flow of content across platforms. Plan and schedule posts in advance, considering optimal timing for maximum audience outreach
- **Community Management**: Engage with followers, respond to comments and address inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and interactive online community around our brand
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with both internal and external teams, such as graphic designers, multimedia production agencies, etc to ensure the timely creation and delivery of high-quality contents
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of contents and campaigns. General reports and provide insights to optimize social media strategies and drive continuous improvements
- **Influencer Partnerships**: Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers to expand our reach and engage with new audiences

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree holder with relevant experience in marketing strategies and promotion.
- **2-3 years experience** in **digital marketing / content creator / social media advertising & branding**.
- Exposure in financial products will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using **graphic design and video editing tools / software**.
- Good command in **English and Mandarin (spoken and written)** to support business needs (contents creation).
- Able to work independently, creative and meticulous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
