**Tanggungjawab**:

- Mengalu-alukan pelanggan dan menyediakan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang, menangani sebarang pertanyaan atau kebimbangan, dengan segera dan profesional.
- Membantu pelanggan dalam mencari produk yang sesuai untuk memenuhi keperluan mereka, menawarkan cadangan produk dan memberikan maklumat tentang ciri dan faedah.
- Mengekalkan persekitaran kedai yang bersih dan teratur, menyimpan semula inventori, mengatur paparan dan memastikan produk dipersembahkan dengan baik.
- Ikuti perkembangan terkini tentang pengetahuan dan promosi produk, sertai sesi latihan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran jualan dan interaksi pelanggan.
- Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan untuk mencapai matlamat jualan dan menyumbang kepada persekitaran kerja yang positif.

**Keperluan**:

- Mesti mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang sangat baik untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dengan berkesan.
- Pengalaman terdahulu dalam juala runcit, terutamanya dalam menjual peralatan elektrik, diutamakan tetapi tidak diperlukan.
- Pemahaman asas tentang ciri dan spesifikasi peralatan elektrik diperlukan untuk menerangkan butiran produk kepada pelanggan.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja waktu yang fleksibel, termasuk hujung minggu dan cuti, untuk memenuhi permintaan persekitaran runcit.
- Kemahiran perkhidmatan pelanggan yang kukuh untuk menangani pertanyaan, memberikan bantuan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Kesediaan untuk mengetahui tentang model peralatan elektrik baharu untuk sentiasa dikemas kini tentang trend industri terkini.

**Work Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang**

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns, promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, offering product recommendations and providing information on features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking inventory, arranging displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, participating in training sessions to enhance selling skills and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in selling electrical appliances, is preferred but not required.
- A basic understanding of electrical appliances features and specifications is necessary to explain product details to customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn about new electrical appliances models to stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
