- During Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 07:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all documents and treatment usable items are fully prepared and packed before attending any appointments.
- Responsible to perform treatment and services according to Hi-Bliss Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure each treatment and services provided is professionally and skilfully performed.
- Responsible to diagnose and perform at home or on-site treatment for customer.
- Responsible to give customer consultation session pre and post treatment.
- Administer the feedback of customer after each service is performed.
- Responsible to make professional recommendations of treatments and offerings to customer.
- Assist in data recording by ensuring all customer profiles, appointments and feedbacks are recorded.
- Responsible to tidy up and maintain the cleanliness post treatment at home or on-site treatments.
- Responsible to build up own customer pool.
- To maintain good customer engagement relationship.
- Up sale for package services and products.

**Job Requirements**:

- Individuals majoring in Physiotherapy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Individuals with own transportation are preferable.
- Commit to complete our training and on-boarding curriculum.
- Able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, approachable, and service oriented individual.
- Able to work out of working hours and perform on-call when required.
- Have effective time management.
