**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, monitor and inspect architectural works progress at site.
- To assist the overall project implementation and site construction
- Review accuracy of drawings, charts and forms in compliance with project requirements, local authorities ‘requirements.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs and visit project sites to compile measurements as and when required
- Assist the project team in carrying out inspections, attending meetings, liaising with cow, client, authorities and other administrative matters
- Liaise with trade contractors project managers, trade contractor supervisors to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Able to prepare and handle site co-ordination with sub-contractors for any new workers, logistics and daily site reports.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities instructed by Project Manager and the Management.
- Able to monitor the usage of machinery, tools, material and manpower.
- To carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of proper record of site diary, site measurement, site record and site progress record, project claims.
- Recognize and solve potential problems on site with consultants, project team, trade contractors and clerk of work.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience with developers/consultants/contractor firms/Interior line.
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications.
- Knowledge of Interior Design or architecture work is pre-requisite.
- Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential.
- This job position required to relocated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
