Job Title: Office Admin

We are a newly set up Food & Beverage foreign company located in Malaysia KL.
- Hours are 09:00-18:00 Monday - Friday
- Office located in Bangsar south area (Vertical Building)
- Arrange manpower and scheduling
- Computation of company payroll

(i.e., monthly salary, allowances and incentives)
- Preparation of monthly pay slip and staff EA Form
- Computation, preparation and submission of contribution and deductions to statutory bodies on a monthly basis
- Basic accounting knowledge
- To update EPF and SOCSO should there be any new hires and staff resignations
- Prepare & submit yearly document to accountant for Company Income Tax
- General office admin (purchasing office supplies, cleaning services, picking up phone calls etc)
- Coordinate interviews with applicants and clients
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Experience (Minimum 5 years)

Job Requirement
- Clean background with no criminal record
- Education requirement : Minimum secondary school equivalent
- Age below 50
- Familiar with F&B industry administrative tasks
- Computer knowledge (Such as MS office, MS powerpoint, MS excel)
- Language : Fluent in English/Malay, Adequate level in speaking Cantonese/Mandarin is acceptable. Can read & write in English/Malay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
