DESCRIPTION

As an integral part of the global HR Admin team, the HR Admin & Payroll Officer will support the Asia payroll & administration scope.

As an HR Admin for three countries, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, his activities will cover several scopes: payroll, On/Offboarding, Time & Absence, annual campaign, HR reporting, employees daily support and organizational topics.

As an HR Admin relay, the HR Admin will have to coordinate with several teams within AXA Group Operations and our Shared Services Center in Morocco.

MISSION

Scope: Global & local

Main tasks:
Payroll process:

- Collect and communicate Monthly payroll instructions in coordination with local OPCO
- Control payroll reports
- Liaise with Finance on fund transfer /Timely upload of bank file
- Ensuring good data quality in the HR tools with frequent synchronization with relevant stakeholders.
- Payroll Audit (external)

On/Offboarding activities
- Prepare employment contract preparation
- Pre onboarding - medical letters, background checks
- Collect and check documentation/information
- HR data report
- Requests for IT on/off boarding
- Insurance enrolment and termination
- Local mobility support for foreign new hire

Time & Absences
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- HR Data compilation and report

Annual campaign
- Promotion & compensation campaign management
- HR Data report

Employees support:

- Answer to employees’ questions
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for employee support
- Tax clearance for international Mobilities

Coordination with AXA GO
- Work as an active support of the country HRBP

Payments
- Invoice processing
- Vendor registration

REQUIRED PROFILE :

- Degree in HR /Business Administration
- At least 3 years’ Experience in HR payroll administration
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Experience in an international context is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
