**Systems Analyst Job Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, and documenting the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end users. You will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, prioritizing them, and ensuring their successful implementation in our projects.

**1. Analyze and Document Business Needs**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and end users, to understand their requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and other methods to gather customer requirements.
- Clearly specify and document business needs, ensuring their accuracy and comprehensibility.

**2. Scope Definition and Requirements Analysis**:

- Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis.
- Define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics based on gathered requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements.

**3. QA and Solution Validation**:

- Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure that final solutions meet specifications.
- Verify that all required features and functions have been delivered accurately.
Identify and address any deviations or issues during the development process.

**4.Requirements Specification and Communication**:

- Develop and utilize standardized templates for writing accurate and concise requirements specifications.
- Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear and functional requirements for developers and the project team.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and project teams.
- Assist in interpreting customer requirements into feasible options and communicate them back to the business stakeholders.

**5. Requirement Tracking and Management**:

- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce adherence to requirements and redefine them when necessary.
- Ensure clear communication of changes, enhancements, and modifications to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in requirement-gathering techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
