Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities 1.As a competent HSO (health & safety Officer) to lead & support HSE related activities. 2.To support office service-related contractor, such as 24x7 security guard, cleaner, gardener, sanitary service & etc. 3.Coordinates the distribution of and response to all service requests related to the facilities. 4.To provide technical support & meet response time and resolution SLA for all the office related facilities (such as building/ civil, M&E, car park system, Secom, BAS & etc.) 5.Participates in building inspections and ensures that all work undertaken conforms to the Health and Safety Act. 6.To prepare and support for all relevant facility operations documentations certifications, audit, drills & etc. 7.Correct identified non-compliance to maintenance standards to ensure adherence to the required health and safety standards. 8.Plan, manage and oversee the general routine maintenance and repairs schedule. 9.Ensure that buildings, offices, and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met. 10.Advises on the planning and co-ordination of office moves and expansions and renovations within NTT and the impacted tenants. 11.Ensure that office equipment operates effectively with mínimal unplanned downtime and maintain accurate records of the condition of equipment. 12.Management and coordination on office related project as per schedule & meet customer's expectation. 13.Liaise with existing tenants to assist with the co-ordination of routine and scheduled maintenance, repairs and renovations. 14.Continuously assess, control and recommend cost savings related to facilities related projects. Requirements 1.At least 2-4 Year of experience in maintenance or facilities functions. Malaysian citizen. 2.Health and safety officer (HSO) certified is a must. 3.Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4) certification is preferrable but not compulsory. 4.Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Vocational in Mechanical and Electrical or equivalent. 5.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage. 6.Able to work independently as well on a team in deadline driven environment. 7.A self-motivated, independent, detail oriented and responsible team-player. 8.Must be result oriented, have strong problem-solving and good analytical skills. 9.Willing to commute to Cyberjaya.
