**SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION**

Wrizerfood F&B Sdn Bhd is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage customer prospects, communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales. Sales reps serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

**Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include**:

- Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers (D2D)
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Qualifications and Experience Levels**:

- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- **Must possess own transportation & valid driving license**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
