RPABusiness Analyst

**Role: RPA Business Analyst**

**Duration: 6 months Contract and extendable up to 9 to 12 Months**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur**

**Eligibility: Malaysian Nationality or Malaysian Expatriate**

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**

⚫The RPA Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and

work closely with the RPA development team to ensure successful automation implementations.

⚫ Requirements Gathering
- Process Analysis and Design
- Conduct process assessments to identify opportunities for automation.
- Work closely with process owners to design efficient and effective RPA solutions.
- Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation to facilitate automation design.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the suitability of processes for automation.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and

management, to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, working closely with the RPA development team to

address issues and ensure successful deployment.
- Assist in the training of end-users on the use of automated processes.

**EXPERIENCE**

1. Familiarity with Agile methodology, RPA, or other automation requirement gathering,

coordinate development, SIT UAT up to implementation process.

2. Proven experience as an RPA business analyst
