Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issue.
- Liaise with operation retail to resolve IT services issues (During Operation hours) and provide full support.
- Assist in creating and implementing IT operation and security policies.
- Perform ad-hoc IT Task.

**Job Requirement**
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Have experience in Navision system.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- With Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in IT support role.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/ Computer - Hardware/ Software.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independent with min supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
