**Customer Due Diligence Specialist (Fintech) - Mandarin Speaker**

**Salary**: upto MYR 6,000 / month

**Work location**:Kuala Lumpur, convenient workplace (5 minutes walk from MRT TRX).

**Work hours**:

- 24x7 hours rotational shift
- 9 hours per day (8 hours work + 1 hour break)
- 5 days work per week

**About the opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Scrutinize KYC documents received from customers using our validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
- Request necessary CDD/EDD documentation from customers to ensure completeness of the AML onboarding process in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests, adhering to relevant SLAs and maintaining effective communication.
- Provide management with information regarding AML/CDD issues as they arise.
- Uphold high-quality service levels for customers and other departments, addressing queries professionally and escalating when necessary.
- Support the enhancement of the CDD function and maintain related procedures.
- Manage specific projects that may arise from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Hold a degree in a business or finance-related discipline.
- Possess two or more years of experience in AML and CDD/EDD reviews.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, contributing to the delivery of quality service within the function.
- Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Required proficiency in spoken and written English.
