**Location**:Kuala Kangsar and Lenggong Perak
- Oversee over 600 acres of durian plantation land, providing reports to the Management
- Responsible for planning of the optimal planting method, managing workers, admin, and handling business activities
- Manage day to day operations - optimising where necessary
- Hand-on supervision on planting and harvesting timing, taking records on yield and quality
- Ensure compliance to the latest regulatory requirements, working with relevant authorities
- Stay up-to-date on the latest and most effective technology and methods in handling diseases, and pest, as well as fertilisers
- Planning and maintenance of farm infrastructure and machinery - working with relevant contractors
- Other functions as assigned by the Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture/Forestry/Plantation Management or equivalent experience
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English (mandatory), and preferably, working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- At least 3 year(s) of hands-on farming experience (preferably durian)
- Thorough knowledge of
- Principles, methods, and techniques of practical farm management
- Soils, crops, and of farm building and equipment care and maintenance
- Plant diseases and insect pests and of modern methods of their prevention, eradication, and cure.
- Good leadership qualities and able to work independently
- Willing to be relocated
