**Job Purpose**

Account assistant reports to the manager. He/she is responsible in ensuring accounting and budgeting compliance to standard.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Performs and counter-checks accounting recording and documentation by ensuring compliance to audit standard.
- Assist in reconciling company account by working together with external accountant. Responds to account enquiry.
- Perform collection of sales from panel company, TPA/MCO and other debtors according to standard procedure.
- Assist in managing expenses by adhering to budget and standard procedure.
- Assist in other management duties.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the managing director.

**Required Qualifications**
- Education - Diploma in accounting / business administration
- Experience - 2 years working experience in accounting
- Knowledge - Has thorough knowledge in accounting
- Skills - Multitasking
- Affect - Detail-oriented, resilient

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience - 2 years experience in account reconciliation

**Working conditions**
- Office hour. Office-based. Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
