About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an Operations Executive - Facilities and Logistics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support facilities management, including building maintenance, stationery, and supplies management.
  • Assist with recovery tasks and communicate with relevant personnel to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage classroom scheduling, venue booking, subject group capacity mapping, and timetable scheduling.
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and provide administrative support to departments as needed.
  • Exercise administrative duties such as calendar maintenance, appointment scheduling, meeting organization, and conference planning.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Good command of English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude
