About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the position of Director, Regional Corporate Intelligence Services. As a key member of our APAC team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our Malaysia Corporate Intelligence ('CI') team and leading our APAC Investment Migration ('IM') practice.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Malaysia Investment Migration team, currently consisting of six team members, and driving their growth and development.
- Developing and executing strategies to enhance regional case management efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with APAC CI management team to drive client development, capacity building, and regional initiatives.
- Working alongside global IM leadership to ensure alignment of product development and quality standards.
- Maintaining a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion, promoting diverse perspectives and ideas within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
We require:
- A minimum of [number] years of experience in corporate intelligence, due diligence, and investigations, preferably in a senior management role.
- Thorough understanding of the Malaysian market, including sectoral trends and local employment practices.
- Strong background in people management and research administration.
