Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Operations Director to lead our retail business in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, delivering strong business performance, and fostering a culture of customer focus.

The Retail Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations across our stores in Malaysia, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. This includes driving sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

In addition, the Retail Operations Director will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus. The successful candidate will work closely with Store Managers to establish clear goals, performance metrics, and training programs.

The Retail Operations Director will also be responsible for ensuring that every store delivers an exceptional shopping experience, upholding brand standards across all retail locations, and streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
