Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive- Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio through effective key account management.
- Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients to secure new accounts and grow the business.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients to ensure contracts align with company policies and deliverables.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver client requirements and provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track and report sales performance, client activity, and revenue projections to prepare regular updates for management and suggest action plans for underperforming accounts.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate on B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new clients by attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and build relationships.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
