About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by developing and implementing effective packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Packaging Strategies: Create and implement packaging strategies that meet product requirements and regulatory standards.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales teams to support new project launches and promotions.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Regulatory Changes: Stay informed about regulatory changes and requirements in exporting countries and share information with relevant departments.
  4. Optimize Packaging Processes: Analyze and optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science/Food Science/Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years' experience in packaging development or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills.
