Finance Specialist Role

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Division, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing Investment Governance, NAV Pricing, and Finance Control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Investment Policies and Procedures, including obtaining relevant approvals from Committees.
  • Formulate and implement new or enhanced internal controls to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain all investment-related documents, including preparation and coordination of new investment documents and annual reviews.
  • Liaise with APTB's Head of Departments, Service Providers, and Group Office to interpret and implement internal or external requirements.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reporting requirements.
  • Plan, monitor, and conduct regular reviews of Service Providers' performance, including business continuity.
  • Build strong relationships with Service Providers and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Investment Governance, NAV Pricing, and Finance Control principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
