Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Process Engineer to join our global team. As a key member of our new product introduction (NPI) team, you will be responsible for developing or modifying manufacturing processes to increase product performance, improve manufacturing efficiency, and boost profits.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the development of new production processes and/or adapt existing production processes for assembly, calibration, and testing.
  2. Define specifications for production equipment and interact with mechanization and/or equipment suppliers to ensure equipment meets specifications.
  3. Collaborate with other departments on process specifications, quality aspects, product specifications, and continuity of equipment.
  4. Influence product designs during the new product development phase to ensure economical and defect-free manufacture.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
