About the Role:
The Senior Customer Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic client relationships and delivering exceptional service standards. They are responsible for cultivating solid relationships with clients, creating a positive onboarding experience, and providing training to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strategic client relationships through provision of exceptional after-sales service.Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.Provide training and guidance to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.Foster strategic client relationships for Non-FI customers and deliver against financial KPIs.Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.Address client concerns and provide timely solutions.Handle daily incoming and outgoing customer calls and email.Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.About Experian:
