Position Overview:

The Ownership Transfer Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of dealer transactions at Carsome Group. This position requires an individual with excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ownership transfer tracking listings, supporting dealer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately maintain ownership transfer tracking listings.
  2. Timely process all ownership transfer requests.
  3. Verify requirement fulfillment prior to executing ownership transfers.
  4. Liaise with external parties regarding JPJ ownership transfers.
  5. Store securely all supporting documents related to ownership transfers.
  6. Provide necessary documents or information to internal parties as requested.
  7. Create accounts for new business development executives or dealers.
  8. Monitor and obtain ownership transfers for returned and rejected units.
  9. Assist with ad-hoc projects and resolve ownership transfer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administration experience (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous in handling paperwork.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Pleasant personality.
