Accountabilities
  • We maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including those related to accounts payable.
  • We evaluate and classify transactions impacting our financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • We design and implement effective internal controls for accounts payable, identifying and remediating control gaps as needed.
  • We oversee the processing of invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes for purchases, materials, and services.
  • We review accounts payable before month-end closure and follow up on outstanding invoices with vendors and originators.
  • We assist our senior management team on special projects and analyses as required.
  • We promptly collect and settle invoices to prevent payment defaults and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  • We analyze and process refunds from customers and other parties.
  • We reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and detect potential discrepancies.
  • We investigate failed payments and identify underlying causes.
  • We perform resource allocation tasks.
  • We process employee claims efficiently.
