About the Role


As a Tooling Engineer at Upright Talent, you will play a vital role in managing tooling programs for design, troubleshooting, qualification, process development, schedule tracking, and mass production support.



  • Participate in design reviews with tool makers to ensure seamless collaboration and tool robustness.
  • Ensure continuous design improvement and on-time delivery of high-quality tools.
  • Identify and propose suitable vendors for tool modifications and repairs.
  • Set realistic delivery times for tool modifications and repairs to meet production deadlines.
