- Leverage analytics tools to assist with developing insights and next best action plans.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge
- Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by proactively providing HCP education.
- Market Knowledge and Credibility
- Maintain an in-depth market knowledge, products and disease states that enable meaningful dialogue with HCPs to build credibility and add value.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teamwork
- Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Medical, Market Access, Marketing to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred Science and Health background.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
- Skills
- Have a history of sales promotional, territory management skills, effective communications skills, as well as demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability and accountability.
- Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
