  • Address technical queries from development teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for technology solutions from design through to delivery, ensuring that they meet business needs and are implemented efficiently.
  • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, specifically senior developers and business analysts, to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Make pragmatic and delivery-focused technical decisions that align with business objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital IT Architect, APAC who possesses a strong understanding of architecture methodologies and standards. You should have a broad experience with recent technologies and applications integration paradigms, as well as recent project experience with UI/UX technologies, APIs, and systems integration.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT across multiple IT disciplines.
  • Prior experience in Applications Architecture in the insurance/financial services industry.
  • Broad experience with recent technologies and applications integration paradigms.
  • Recent project experience with UI/UX technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
  • Sound understanding of architecture methodologies and standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of recent UI/UX technologies, API design, and applications integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of data modeling/database design.
  • Sound experience with Cloud technologies, especially AWS, Containers, Lambda, RDS, etc.
  • Sound understanding of IT project delivery and agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Passion for new and emerging technologies and ability to investigate them in depth.
  • Ability to understand business requirements in detail.
  • Ability to work with both off-the-shelf platforms and bespoke development.
  • Ability to lead by influence and work across diverse Asian cultures.
