We are seeking an Operational Excellence Strategist to support the deployment of our Operational Excellence Strategy in our site, focusing on continuous improvement projects using DMAIC, A3, or Kaizen methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Operational Excellence initiatives across our home site.
  • Support the implementation of Process Standardization and Capability Deployment (PSOE) in our home site.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects applying lean and six sigma tools and processes, and drive Site BEST Program engagement.
  • Collaborate with the site's Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact.
  • Support site Operational Excellence processes, metrics, and associated tools to ensure standard work alignment, identify and deploy Kaizen, and ensure 6S deployment and alignment.
  • Oversee Operational Excellence shopfloor activities with CI Eng I and OpEx Technician staff, including line re-configurations as required.
