  • Troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Performing rack installs, rack decommissioning, and facility management.

  • Performance and oversight of maintenance and operations on all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center.
