About the Role

As a Business Development Executive at InfoConnect Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on technical solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Identify and communicate the technical features and benefits of the product or solution to customers.
Business Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, resellers, and customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Solution Design:
  • Develop and propose tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are technically viable and align with the company's product offerings.
  • Assist in the design and architecture of complex solutions, including hardware, software, and network components.
Customer Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  1. Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Records Management/Information System.
  2. Required presentation skills (Ms Power Point and additional graphic tools) and professional writing skills (MS Word and MS Excel).
  3. Fluent in communication, presentation, and writing in Malay and English.
  4. Good self-discipline, independent, pleasant appearance, and communication skills.
  5. Require travelling around Klang Valley with own transport.
  6. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  7. Experience in managing partner/reseller/principal.
  8. Experience in managing corporate and government clients.
  9. Additional Technical skills: Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Enterprise Content Management, Document Management System, Record Management System, Portal Solution, Design simple mockup UI.
