Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Business Development Executive at InfoConnect Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on technical solutions that align with customer needs.
- Identify and communicate the technical features and benefits of the product or solution to customers.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, resellers, and customers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and propose tailored solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are technically viable and align with the company's product offerings.
- Assist in the design and architecture of complex solutions, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Records Management/Information System.
- Required presentation skills (Ms Power Point and additional graphic tools) and professional writing skills (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Fluent in communication, presentation, and writing in Malay and English.
- Good self-discipline, independent, pleasant appearance, and communication skills.
- Require travelling around Klang Valley with own transport.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in managing partner/reseller/principal.
- Experience in managing corporate and government clients.
- Additional Technical skills: Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Enterprise Content Management, Document Management System, Record Management System, Portal Solution, Design simple mockup UI.
