Job Description:

At DAA Design Associates Sdn Bhd, we are a leading interior design and renovation company based in Johor Bahru. As an award-winning firm (Golden Bull Award, JIDA Design Award, SME100 Fast Moving Companies), we are expanding our Project Management Team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

As a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator, you will oversee and manage on-site renovation activities to ensure quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. You will also coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership, site coordination experience, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality control, identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of on-site renovation activities
  • Ensure all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements & Qualifications:

Candidates with a qualification in Project Management are encouraged to apply. Experience in site coordination, renovation, or construction is a plus. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively, Mandarin speaking required for this role. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
