We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our esteemed organization. As a representative, you will be responsible for developing telemarketing strategies to increase customer base, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company, actively making calls to potential and prospect clients, convincing clients to secure appointments for sales team, developing and maintaining strong business relationships, providing pricing, credit terms and preparing sales contracts if needed, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated if needed, and providing activity reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize market data to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and service offerings
- Engage with potential and existing clients through regular communication
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and priorities.
Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the same industry
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work in Bangsar area
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Competitive salary package with commission
