We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 5-10 sales representatives responsible for selling a diverse portfolio of products across a variety of brands. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving team performance, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development:

  1. Build, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team with diverse products and brand expertise.
  2. Design and implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and implement individual development plans.
  4. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  1. Partner with Sales Operations department to develop and execute winning sales strategies for each product and brand Nectar represents.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities to achieve Sales Targets.
  3. Set and track individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement.
  4. Develop and deliver effective sales training programs, equipping your team with the necessary product knowledge and selling skills.

Customer and Brand relationships:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Brand Owners, who are Nectar's Customers.
  2. Present regular performance reports from Nectar's Dashboards and demonstrate team progress towards sales targets and outlining key initiatives to get there.
  3. Collaboratively navigate challenges and obstacles, ensuring customer satisfaction and good Net promoter Score.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Operations team to develop and implement sales practices and initiatives.
  2. Contribute to the identification and recruitment of top sales talent.
  3. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a sales team in a complex environment.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering team success.
  3. Strong understanding of sales best practices, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  7. Adaptability and agility in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  8. Proficiency in CRM and sales technology - Hubspot being a major plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Office based Mondays & Wednesdays. WFH any other Day.
