Hiredly X is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales from within the company by connecting with potential clients, managing leads, and helping grow revenue in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Leads: Proactively generate new leads through targeted emails, social selling initiatives, and outbound calls to expand our customer base.
  • Nurture Relationships: Qualify prospects and develop strong relationships to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads and customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to ensure a superior customer experience.
Sales Support and Coordination
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for field sales representatives to facilitate effective sales processes.
  • Maintain Sales Pipeline: Update and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure seamless lead progression and timely follow-ups.
Revenue Growth and Market Insights
  • Closing Deals: Close smaller transactions independently while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
  • Gather Feedback: Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform and support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in administrative or operation management capacities, with fresh graduates welcome.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools and structured sales processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
