The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our customer service and operational processes. The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team – Oversee the contact centre team to deliver outstanding service and seamless patient experiences.
  • Implement key processes and procedures – Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain excellence.
  • Drive KPIs and performance – Collaborate with directors to set and achieve business goals.
  • Create a positive culture – Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
  • Oversee multi-location operations – As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to manage operations across multiple clinics.

Key Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in customer service and/or operations, ideally in healthcare, hospitality or retail.
  • Ability to build, motivate and develop teams in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Ability to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
