Job Overview

Sales Management
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch targets.
  • Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling/up-selling opportunities to increase customers' PHR and revenue.

As a Personal Banker, you will be expected to:

Sales Management
  1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  2. Conduct regular sales visits to meet with customers and discuss their financial needs.
  3. Participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables.
