Job Summary

This role supports the Credit Documentation team, working closely with Bankers and Trade Sales teams to deliver client-focused support models and seamless execution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit documentation and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Support the development and implementation of credit documentation processes and procedures.\
  3. Collaborate with business partners to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the transaction lifecycle.\
  4. Provide guidance and support to junior team members on credit documentation matters.\
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit documentation activities.\
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes impacting credit documentation.\
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.\
  8. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.\
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including Bankers, Trade Sales, and operations teams.\
  10. Actively contribute to the development of process improvements and enhancements.\
  11. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues promptly.\
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\
  13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.\
  14. Familiarity with credit documentation software and systems.\
  15. A minimum of 7 years' experience in credit documentation or a related field.\
  16. Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.\
  17. Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.\
  18. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.\
