Job Description

This role is responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing communication strategies, and engaging employees, stakeholders, and the community. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and social media
  • Develop and implement communication plans to engage employees, stakeholders, and the community
  • Partner with site leadership and local HR teams to build communication plans for organizational priorities and employee engagement
  • Lead campaigns and initiatives that keep employees informed, motivated, connected, and able to adapt to ongoing change
  • Coordinate and complete internal events, including leadership meetings, employee recognition events, and site-wide town halls

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
