We're seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead and drive sales strategy and operations within assigned territories, ensuring revenue growth, market penetration, and achievement of business objectives.

Sales Strategy and Planning
  1. Develop sales strategies that meet order revenue and market share growth targets within assigned territories.
  2. Collaborate with local cross-functional teams on marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and promotions.
Team Leadership and Management
  1. Lead and manage sales teams within assigned territories.
  2. Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Sales Operations and Performance Monitoring
  1. Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  2. Oversee daily sales operations, including receivable collection and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Penetrate new markets and expand existing customer bases.
