About the Position

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Administrative Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting procurement processes, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

You will work closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes. This includes coordinating purchase orders, maintaining supplier databases, and tracking contract expiration dates.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to various departments, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support procurement processes, including purchase order management, supplier relationship management, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Manage contracts, track contract expiration dates, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.
