Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NXP Semiconductors.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Phone Calls and Correspondence: Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Update and maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
  • Coordinate Meetings and Travel Arrangements: Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and book accommodations and transportation as needed.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, data entry, and project support as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
