We are looking for a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Centre Ambassador at IPC Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the centre's values.
Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor all common facilities and common areas to ensure they are in good condition and well maintained.
- Coordinate Family Friendly Services such as Power Scooters, Wheelchairs, Baby strollers, etc.
- Liaise between tenants and management on daily operational matters.
- Distribute management correspondence/circulars/information to tenants.
- Record lost and found items in the centre and send to Security if not claimed by the end of the business day.
- Minimum of SPM and above.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; speaking any other additional language is an advantage.
- Experience in customer relations/telemarketing/front desk/other related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player with a pleasant personality and be a people person.
