The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Focusing on voice and non-voice channels to promptly address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Striking a balance between customer requirements and business objectives, utilizing sales and marketing techniques.
- Effectively articulating information about our products while managing high inquiry volumes.
- Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and contributing to team goals.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Safeguarding customer information and maintaining confidentiality standards.
- Strong English language skills (C1 level).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
- Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Prior experience in a contact centre or customer service role is an advantage.
- A minimum Diploma qualification is required.
